Editorial Policy

Trevalix is a personal blog written and edited by Ivina Oleksandra. I care a lot about keeping this blog authentic, enjoyable, and trustworthy. This Editorial Policy outlines how I create content and what you can expect from Trevalix:

  • Original Content & Authenticity: Every post on Trevalix is written by me (Ivina) and reflects my own ideas, experiences, and opinions. I do not publish AI-generated articles or copy others’ work – originality is super important to me. If I draw inspiration from someone else’s recipe, outfit, or idea, I will always give credit where it’s due. You’ll only see genuine content that stays true to my personal voice and style.

  • Tone & Style: Trevalix has a casual, friendly tone. I write the way I’d chat with a good friend over coffee. You can expect posts to be upbeat, honest, and sometimes a little goofy. I’m not afraid to laugh at my own fashion fails or admit when I have no clue what I’m doing with a new beauty trend! My goal is to keep things positive, inclusive, and fun for a wide audience.

  • Content Standards: While I’m not a professional journalist, I do strive for quality. That means I double-check facts or figures I mention, and I aim to provide helpful details (like product names, prices, or how-to steps) so you get value from each post. I avoid hateful or overly critical language – Trevalix is a supportive space. Any product reviews are honest and based on my actual experience. If something doesn’t work for me, I’ll say so (nicely).

  • Posting Frequency: I currently aim to publish new content once a week. As a one-woman show, I find this frequency keeps the blog active without sacrificing quality. Occasionally life gets busy (or I fall down a Netflix binge rabbit hole) and I might skip a week – but consistency is important to me. I generally post around [Day] each week, and I’ll do my best to stick to that schedule so you know when to check back for fresh reads.

  • Sources & Research: Most of my content comes from personal experience – outfits I’ve tried, products I’ve tested, or tips that have worked for me. If I do reference specific information (like a statistic or a quote from an expert), I will mention the source or link to it. I want to give credit to original sources and ensure readers can dig deeper if they want. However, remember that my posts are not academic research papers; they’re informal and based largely on what I know or learn along the way.

  • Community & Comments: I love hearing from readers! Your comments, feedback, and questions absolutely make my day. I welcome respectful, constructive comments on posts. To keep Trevalix a friendly place, I moderate all comments. This means if you drop a comment, it might take a little time to appear – that’s just me filtering out spam and making sure everyone plays nice. I will not approve comments that are offensive, hateful, or blatant advertising. Let’s keep the discussion civil and supportive. And yes, I do read every comment and try to reply when I can (usually within a week).

  • Corrections & Updates: If I discover I’ve made a mistake (spelling “fashion” as “facshion,” whoops), or if information in a post becomes outdated, I will correct or update the post. I appreciate when readers point out errors or send me updates – it helps make Trevalix better. My commitment is to transparency: if an update is significant, I’ll note it in the post (for example, “Update: Added new info on fall 2025 trends”). I want the content here to remain as accurate and useful as possible.

By following these editorial guidelines, I hope to maintain your trust and create content that’s both enjoyable and reliable. Trevalix is a labor of love, and I’m excited to continue sharing my fashion and beauty journey with you in a responsible, genuine way!
